Your challenge can be anything from running 65 miles as a team, doing a Christmas quiz with 65 questions with your friends and family or giving up coffee (or something else) for 65 hours. You could get active, be creative or try wellbeing.

How £650 can provide vital carer support: Finding that you are caring for someone can be overwhelming but £650 means that we can answer calls from over 30 carers in desperate need of emotional support. A call can change a carers whole life as they finally get the support they need and no longer have to care alone
