The Well Walkers - Cannock Chaser

On 15th June, The Well Walkers will be completing their 9th marathon. The 26.2 mile walk from Codsall to Cannock Chase takes in a canal, roads, & woodland footpaths. We would be grateful for your support to raise much needed funds for The Well.

The Well is a Christian charity with a passion to show Jesus’ heart of love for the poor across Wolverhampton and nearby areas. We operate a Foodbank - providing emergency food and toiletry parcels to those who are in desperate need. We deliver food parcels to families & individuals each week.

Story

Last year The Well supported over 10,000 people directly (over 100,000 meals). Since it started in 2006, over 118,000 people have received support.

There are many genuine reasons why people in our community are struggling to afford food and toiletries. Here are just a couple of recent stories:

Me & my daughter have not been well and are struggling this month due to the rise in gas and electric bills.

I can’t believe I’ve got a toothbrush in the parcel, mine had only got a few bristles left on it so thank you, thank you, thank you!
