From 26th April to 8th May 2024, our trekkers travelled far outside of their comfort zone and took on the challenge of a 13 day, 100km trek of the Cambodian Wilds, starting in Siem Reap and ending in Angkor Wat. They also supported the sustainability of a Cambodian community through their Eco Bungalow Construction project.

Our trekkers are all dedicated to Springboard's mission to futureproof the talent pipeline for hospitality, coming from a broad range of roles in the sector - operators, suppliers and service providers.
