So what are we doing to tackle this?
The #MindfulMinute Challenge involves listening to our 1-minute audio tracks every day in May. The aim is to make Mindfulness an everyday tool people use to increase their calm and boost their mental wellness - and to raise money to fund our vital mental health services.
