Pupils, parents and staff at St. Marys College Preparatory School will be putting their best foot forward for charity as they take part in the CAFOD Big Lent Walk.

As a school community, we would like to help fight global poverty by walking as much as possible. During the school day, we will be walking around the local neighbourhood to clock up the kilometers and you will be able to track our journey on social media through our photographs. We would also like to encourage families to get walking at the weekends.

All funds raised will be donated to CAFOD (Catholic Agency For Overseas Development), the official Catholic aid agency for England and Wales. CAFOD works around the world to bring hope and compassion to poor communities, standing side by side with them to end poverty and injustice.
