Story

CACE are celebrating St Andrews day slightly early by taking part in a fun and fearless event - walking unharmed across 20ft of wooden embers burning at 1235 degrees fahrenheit, whilst raising much needed funds to support our services for the elderly, isolated and vulnerable members of our community.

About the charity

CACE was initially founded in 1990 to provide a number of different services which support older people in the Cumbernauld and the surrounding areas. We do this by offering various groups, outings and transport. Our aim is to promote the welfare of vulnerable older people and their carers.
