Children's Air Ambulance have teamed up with 'Time 4 Change' to host a series of Fire Walk events across various locations this November.

Our Team Mission members will take on 'the most inspirational journey they will ever undertake'. As the name suggests, this is a bare foot walk over red-hot embers measuring around 800 degrees. No tricks, no special effects. Just them and the fire.

This whole event will be ran by trained professionals who are fully insured and have over twenty years of experience, not only will they be completing an incredible life achievement but also raising vital funds for our lifesaving service.

The Childrens Air Ambulance is an inter-hospital transfer service flying babies and children from one hospital to another for specialist care. We work with 10 NHS paediatric and neonatal retrieval teams across the UK, enabling them to bring their specialist equipment on board to safely transfer their patients from one hospital to another.

If a child is too sick to fly then the Childrens Air Ambulance can fly a specialist team directly to them. With our ability to fly approximately four times faster than a land ambulance, we can minimise travel times and the risk for little patients.
