BWC Edinburgh are taking to the skies to fund vital dementia research.

The team will be jumping at Auchterarder Airfield on 10th September 2023 in aid of Alzheimers Research UK.

Kay Anderson said: I am delighted that all the members at BWC Edinburgh are getting involved in the fund-raising for Alzheimers Research as it will go towards this much needed charity research. Every three minutes someone develops dementia and there are currently over 90,000 people living with dementia in Scotland.

One way or another either it is a family member, a friend or colleagues having to deal with this heart-breaking disease, the people living with Dementia and the families affected.

So as a collective group we are going to jump out a plane to raise a much money as possible to help support to find a cure and illuminate Dementia which is caused by disease.

We know that Dementia is caused by physical diseases and diseases can be cured. Each new research discovery brings us closer to a lifechanging treatment.
