Story

Bury Hospice is organising a Yorkshire 3 Peaks Trek Challenge on Saturday 3rd September.

A wonderful team of adventurers will attempt to climb three peaks in one day, involving 24 miles in 12 hours around the rugged terrain of the Yorkshire Dales National Park.

It costs £3.5million pounds to run Bury Hospice, and as a charity we have to raise £3 million through community support. Every donation makes a difference.

£10 - COULD PAY FOR A PATIENTS EVENING MEAL

£25 - COULD PAY FOR AN BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT SESSION

£50 - COULD PAY FOR A HOME VISIT BY OUR COMMUNITY OUTREACH TEAM

£75 - COULD PAY FOR A NURSE FOR HALF A DAY

£150 - COULD PAY FOR A NURSE FOR A DAY

£450 - COULD PAY FOR A BED FOR A DAY

Bury Hospice provides palliative and end-of-life care to hundreds of residents and their families across Bury. It will cost to run the Hospice this year £4.5million and we raise 87% of this total, but with the support of our community we continue to provide care and services to those who need it.
