We stand ready to face new manifestations of discrimination in the District, Maryland, and Virginia region.
In 2021, DC courts granted our clients a first-of-its kind tenant right to organize consent agreement to end the illegal suppression of Park 7 Tenants' Rights. Property owners and management waged a years-long obstruction campaign against tenants who have actively organized to protest the deteriorating conditions.
