It costs £5 to sign-up and for that you will receive a free drink, light refreshments and a medal for taking part.

The event is open to solo swimmers and teams made up of up to 6 swimmers who swim for 55 minutes in relay. You could ask your friends, family or colleagues to join you or, if not, we are happy to put you in a team. You just need to be able to swim one length or more. Everyone who takes part receives a medal

All swimmers are asked to raise money as much money as they can for charity. There are prizes for most sponsorship raised and most laps completed.
