Story
Trinity Winchester is a local charity working with homeless and other vulnerable people in Winchester through a direct access drop-in centre in the City. We support over 600 people a year and need your help to raise the £1,857 per day it costs to provide all our services to people in need. Much of this is raised through events like Trinity's Big Sleep Out and individual donations.
Join us on Friday 24th May 2024 for an eye-opening night spent sleeping outside in cardboard shelters. Fundraising events such as Trinity's Big Sleep Out are an important part of raising both funds and awareness for Trinity's work.
Enjoy local entertainment, delicious food and many activities from yoga to reflexology before taking on the challenge of sleeping out.
From 11pm, we bed down for the night in our homemade cardboard shelters to raise vital funds and awareness for Trinity's work with homeless and vulnerable people in Winchester.
With your support we can continue to provide daily meals, healthcare, accommodation, support groups and counselling to those in need.
The video below is a personal story from one of our clients, watch to hear the value of our work first-hand.

Together we can make a difference to the lives of many.
This event is not an experience of being homeless. We cannot imagine the realities of sleeping rough every night. We will return to the comfort of our homes the following morning, which is not an option for thousands of people. This event is an interesting way to raise vital funds, whilst having a challenging night.
