Story
A team of fundraisers will be pedalling from the doors of St Peter's Hospice in Bristol to the Eiffel Tower in Paris. Four days, over 400km, and all to raise vital funds for local patients and their families.
In September 2025, a brave team will be taking on the ultimate bucket list challenge as they take on four days of cycling to reach the centre of Paris. They'll be waved off from the Hospice itself, pedal past stonehenge and cross the channel at Portsmouth. They'll then have two days cycling in scenic France from Caen to the Arc d-Triomph and the magical city of Paris.
This is an incredible challenge to take on, and each rider has pledged to raise £1,750 to support the Hospice. This could fund over 50 hours of care from a nurse each, helping make sure that local patients get the care, support and advice they need most during the most difficult times.
Any support you can give and any amount you can donate to the team for taking on this challenge will be so incredibly appreciated.
"Having the Hospice at the end of the phone means I don't have to go to A&E, which I'm very grateful for. I try to live my life the best I can, enjoying things and embracing what I've got. The Hospice has given me coping mechanisms, helped me with acceptance and given me control over what I do." – words of a patient
Thank you to all of our fundraisers and good luck for the ride!
