In the last 30 days Haiti has again spiraled into a crisis of mammoth proportion. Over a thousand people have died; the Prime Minister has been forced to resign, and the leader of the powerful G9 gangs has joined forces with other gang leaders to wrest control of Haiti. Businesses and schools have closed, and thousands have been displaced. Haiti is hurting!

For years attempts to change Haiti have failed because external aid cannot bring internal healing. Haiti cannot be changed from the outside in; instead, the only lasting change will come as men, women, and children are transformed by the Gospel. Bringing Hope to Haiti is the answer.

When crisis strikes, CEF responds. That’s why we are launching Bringing Hope to Haiti. CEF has 19 staff in Haiti, and we have mobilized to work through Good News Clubs, churches, and every available avenue to get the Gospel to as many children and families as possible. - Distributing 50,000 Do You Wonder Why? booklets

- Distributing 5,000 Bringing Hope to Haiti Gospel Bags that contain a: Do You Wonder Why? and Gospel of John booklet, Gospel of John coloring book, crayons, links to access French versions of U-Nite and Wondersurf, personal items like toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, and a comb, and a small chocolate treat and game.
