Join us and take on the Legends Big Bike Challenge 2021 - Supported by Wessex Regional Care.
This year, were challenging you to a solo cycling challenge throughout the month of June. You just need to choose a Saints legend and cycle the distance from their place of birth to St Marys Stadium, raising £1 per mile completed to support the work of Saints Foundation. The legends we've selected for you to choose from are as follows:
Lawrie McMenemy: Born in Gateshead, 322 miles from St Marys
Glenn Cockerill: Born in Grimsby, 219 miles from St Marys
Ted Bates: Born in Thetford, Norfolk, 170 miles from St Marys
Mick Channon: Born in Orcheston, Wiltshire, 36 miles from St Mary'
Terry Paine: Born in Winchester, 13 miles from St Marys
Experienced riders may decide to ride the distance of multiple legends. In total, you could choose to ride a total of 760 miles!
All money raised from this event will support the vital work of Saints Foundation. We use the power and passion of the club to transform lives in and around Southampton, helping people fulfil their potential to be more involved, healthier and empowered members of the community.
