Story
Please support us
Due to COVID-19, we've unfortunately had to postpone three major fundraising events to 2021. We have a £200,000 funding gap.
The fall out of the pandemic will disproportionately affect the employment prospects of young people, particularly those from deprived communities, where the opportunity gap will widen further. Our programme to give young people the employability and life skills they need to fulfil their potential is even more vital.
How we help
88% young people that take part in our programme tell us they feel more positive about their future prospects post-education. Hear from some of our beneficiaries about the impact we have had on them and their lives.
3 ways you can help
This academic year weve engaged 9000 young people in 150 schools and colleges and online thanks to our 400+ amazing industry volunteers. Help ensure we're here to reach thousands more. We are grateful for financial support of all sizes.
1) Donate now - we are grateful for donations of all sizes.
2) Sign up to take part in our Bridge the Gap 2020 Challenge and get sponsored to run, cycle, walk or swim a distance of your choice across a 4 week time period anytime before the end of this year.
3) Organise your own Bridge the Gap 2020 fundraising event with colleagues, family or friends.
Please support #BridgetheGap2020 so we can continue to deliver our free employability and life skills programme to give young people a fair chance in life post-education.
