Every year, 30,000 adults in their 20s, 30s and 40s are diagnosed with cancer in the UK. Too old for children and teenage services but too young for a lot of mainstream support, these younger adults get stuck in the middle. Shine Cancer Support is here to help.

Shine's Break Out programme is a new, online programme designed to support young adults no matter where they are in the country. Over seven weeks, small groups will be meeting up, hearing from experts, and discussing the issues that they're facing. It's a new programme and Shine hopes to run it again in the future but we need your help.
