In 2007 Sir Christopher Ball suggested that the Windermere Marathon incorporated a 10 marathons in 10 days event. 12 years later it's one of the "UK's toughest running events".
Story
Set to complete one of the toughest running challenges in the UK, our runners will finish 10 marathons in 10 days. They will run one lap of the lake each day in order to raise funds for Brathay Trust.
