Did you know that 1 in 6 of us has a neurological condition? That's 14.7million mums, dads, sons, daughters, friends and colleagues who are affected. Its the challenge of our times.

We want to improve the outcome and quality of life for everyone affected by a neurological condition. These include brain tumours, stroke, epilepsy, dementias, MS and Parkinson's disease to name but a few. We achieve our vision by funding state of the art equipment, major building programmes and life-saving research - over and above what the NHS can provide.

The Challenge

We are challenging you to slip into your swim suit and swim either 6km, 16km or even 60km. You can complete your swim in an outdoor swim facility or your local frame and you decide your time-frame for completing the challenge.
