Story

We’re taking on a 5k at Lister park to raise funds to support our work with Women and Children in Bradford who have survived sexual and domestic abuse.

On 25th July, we’ll be walking, jogging and running 5K at Lister Park to raise funds for women and children in Bradford who need support, safety, and a way forward after sexual and domestic abuse.

A 5km run may feel like a small thing but every step we take represents something bigger; support, safety, and the chance for someone to rebuild their life.

While this may be a short distance for us, it’s nothing compared to what many survivors face.

This 5km is a reminder that moving forward is possible and that no one has to do it alone.

That’s why we’re showing up together. And it’s why your support matters.

Raising £5000 is an incredible ambitious but we want the women and children we support to move forward, to reignite their ambitions and to show them they are not alone.

We are incredibly grateful for to the Park Run volunteers who are welcoming us on 25th July. We’re ready to tackle the hills and cheer each other on, and we would love you to do this with us.
