Story
Richmond's Hope help bereaved children and young people develop their own healthy coping strategies through therapeutic play and tailored one to one sessions. Many of the children and young people we work with have experienced traumatic events in their young lives & they are struggling to cope with difficult emotions & feelings. Your donation will be used to give children & young people the opportunity to share their stories & learn to work through their grief in a safe space with a trusted adult.
This National Children’s Grief Awareness Week we’re joining the #buildinghope campaign and asking you to think about things that give you hope & leave a message to be added to our 'Box of Hope' appeal. Your messages of hope will be displayed along with messages from other supporters to offer inspiration to bereaved children and their families.
By sharing what gives you hope or by making a donation to Richmond's Hope, you'll be building hope & making a difference to the lives of bereaved children and young people.
How your gift will make a difference:
£10 would pay for arts & crafts materials
£25 would buy 2 wooden memory boxes and grief workbooks
£50 would pay for 2 support sessions for a child or young person
Thank you!
