Story
**UPDATE**
Since we first launched this campaign when Lockdown began in March, we have delivered a staggering 500,000 meals to children and families at crisis point. Thank you to everyone involved!
The original £25,000 was raised to reach children and their families that would normally be able to access our TLG Make Lunch clubs during the Easter Holidays. However, as the situation developed, this Box of Hope provision became a life-line for families all the way through the summer, and we were able to continue equipping churches thanks to other fundraising campaigns and the constant generosity of our regular givers.
This pandemic is proving catastrophic for children and families who are at crisis point, and they need our support more than ever. And the great news is, more and more churches are coming forward to provide the help they need. So all additional funds raised are going to enable us to keep partnering with churches to meet these growing needs, especially as we head into the winter months. Thank you for your ongoing support!

Join us as we crowdfund to get emergency care packages to children and family members who are in desperate need.
As schools have closed and the country has gone into lockdown, we are incredibly concerned for the children we support who were already struggling. Children whose parents were already on the poverty line and facing food insecurity, whose home lives were already unsettled and whose lives were already filled with anxiety.
We will not stop finding ways to give these children a hope that goes beyond their circumstance.
We have hundreds of faithful churches who partner with us across the UK. Due to social distancing, we can't run our vital TLG Make Lunch clubs. Instead, churches are urgently stepping up and we aim to reach over 10,000 people with emergency care packages. These packages will not only meet the families' practical needs but also look out for their emotional and mental wellbeing during this difficult time.
We need to raise £25,000 as quickly as possible to enable a rapid response to children who need it most.
Will you join us and donate what you can today? We know this is an anxious time for us all, but let us join together to help those who need our support the most.
Packages will include: food supplies for a family of four for three days , essential household items such as soap and toiletries , activities and wellbeing resources, information on other support they can access and messages of hope from our supporters.
