It is wonderful to see the orphans we have helped for so long start to grow up! However, it's worrying to know that they still face an uncertain future without family or the government to support them through higher education. Orphans often don't stand a chance of reaching their potential without scholarships.

Luckily these are some of the orphans being helped by Build on Books! Mahmoud is applying to become a pharmacist, Kadijah wants to be a nurse, Sheku will be a social worker, and Joseph will be an account. These kids are the future of Sierra Leone.
