Help Us Reach New Heights: Fund a Vehicle for Buxton Mountain Rescue Team!

Dear Supporters,

Buxton Mountain Rescue Team has been tirelessly serving our community for years, ensuring safety and providing assistance in the most challenging terrains. However, our current vehicle is showing its age, making it increasingly difficult for us to respond swiftly to emergencies and navigate rugged landscapes. That's why we're reaching out to you, our community, for support in funding a new vehicle that will enable us to continue our vital work with even greater efficiency and effectiveness.

To combine our 60th anniversary celebrations, we’re raising funds to replace mobile 2 (our team minibus, used for transporting team members to rv points) and refurbish mobile 4 (our land rover defender). The combined costs for this is £110,000.

The replacement for mobile 2 is highly likely to be a MAN TGE 3.180 XC2.0 177. If we can raise the funds of course!
