The Big Mountain Challenge for Thames Hospice is an incredible endurance challenge for our cyclists. They face 4 days of extreme cycling up the beautiful but demanding French Alps. Their journey is little compared to those of our patients and their families as they face the difficulties of a terminal diagnosis. Thames Hospice are here to ensure that our patients and their families don't face this alone and are cared for with utmost compassion, dignity and support. Funds raised from this challenge will ensure that we can offer that care to all those who need it now and into the future
