Our mission is to help unemployed women in Leeds regain the confidence they need to succeed in job interviews, return to employment and transform their lives.

Our charity provides high quality interview clothing and interview coaching to unemployed women in need within the local community. We harness the power of clothes and confidence to allow a woman to do her best at a crucial moment in her life, giving her the confidence she needs to succeed in a job interview and transform her life. In our first year of opening in Leeds we have transformed the lives of over 100 woman, and delivered 168 appointments. Over 70% of the women we have seen have gone on to secure employment.

The 5th November marks our first birthday and runing alongside our online event themed: Women in "leads" - managing through adversity we are encouraging our supporters to join our #blueforyou campaign - simply wear blue on the day of our birthday and donate £5 to our charity. We will be using this platform for donations to be made. All proceeds go towards the running costs of Smart Works Leeds and will allow us to help more women in need.
