With two parts of the challenge to choose from, you can take on one of our challenges yourself, or get your team together and tackle one of them as a squad.

HOME : We need you to help us fill Cardiff City Stadium! There are 33,334 seats in the bowl, so we want you/your team to complete 33,334 steps one for each seat. You can take steps or climb your stairs - its up to you!

AWAY : While we cant travel to the away games, we can still support the boys by completing the distance virtually. There are four games to choose from and you can walk, run or cycle your way through the distance!
