Story
Many of us look forward to the joy of giving, and spending quality time with family and friends over Christmas. But for people living with mental health problems or dementia, the pressures of Christmas and the feeling of isolation can often make it the hardest time of the year.
Over the Christmas season alone, over 1,000 local people will come to us for support, often when they have no one else to turn to.
Your donation could help us be there on the end of the phone to provide vital information and support to help someone get through a difficult Christmas. Your gift could help towards running a two-hour group activity session, providing a safe and supportive place for people living with mental health problems to come together. Or you could help provide vital respite for a carer who is struggling to cope with the pressure of looking after a loved one with dementia.
You can make a difference this Christmas. Donate today and help us be there when it matters, so no one has to cope alone.
