Visit the charity's profileAt Trinity Hospice we provide compassionate care on the journey towards the end of life. We want everyone on the Fylde Coast to have access to good end of life care in the place they choose; the hospital, a residential nursing home or their family home.
This event is a unique and exhilarating experience and open to everyone. Its also ideal for anyone looking to do something out of their comfort zone in 2023, Mark a milestone occasion,Take on a challenge and raise money in memory of a loved one
