We are so excited to bring back our Mental Elf Festive Fun Run for a second year running!

Taking place at Cannon Hill Park on Sunday 1st December, this is an event for everyone which focuses on bringing people together, not only to fundraise, but to raise awareness for mental health and wellbeing. It promotes the benefits of physical activity, connecting with people and doing something to help others.

We all know the festive season can be an extra difficult time for some people. Throughout December 2023, Birmingham Mind's helpline team handled 1486 calls.

All funds raised during Mental Elf will stay here in Birmingham to help support the vital services to support people with their mental health. Services such as our Central Wellbeing Hub at The Bullring & Grand Central.
