We are so excited to bring our first ever Mental Elf 5km event to Birmingham on Sunday 3rd December.

Taking place at Cannon Hill Park, this is an event for everyone which focuses on bringing people together, not only to fundraise, but to raise awareness for mental health and wellbeing. It promotes the benefits of physical activity, connecting with people and doing something to help others.

We all know the festive season can be an extra difficult time for some people. During the Christmas week last year Birmingham Mind received contact from 356 people to our 24/7 mental health helpline.

All funds raised during Mental Elf will stay here in Birmingham to help support the services we offer to help support the people who are struggling with their mental health. Services such as our 24/7 mental health helpline and our Wellbeing Hub at The Bullring & Grand Central.
