Stephanie and Jared Gulau have a very personal reason to give back to her Upper Arlington community. In July 2022, Stephanie was in a car accident while pregnant, forcing her to deliver her son, Chance, six weeks early. Chance spent several weeks in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Riverside Methodist Hospital.

With the care received at RMH, Stephanie and Chance made full recoveries and had an experience that left a lifelong impression. Chance is now thriving as an active two-year-old ready to take on the world with no limitations.

Join us for the 2nd Annual Birdies Fore Babies golf outing to help support other babies born in the RMH NICU so they have a chance to SOAR.

-Bronze Level ($250): Your logo/name on the electronic signage built into the golf cart at whichever hole you sponsor. You can set up a tent & hand out swag!

-Silver Level ($500): All of the above, plus we will add your logo/name on all signage at the event, and your dinner is included.

-Gold Level ($1,000): All of the above, plus additional signage on flyers and take home items and ability to speak at dinner.

-Platinum Level ($5,000): All of the above, plus a golf foursome included, your logo/signage on all social media, handouts, online website marketing, follow-up marketing & opportunity to take picture with check when donated to Ohio Health/Riverside.
