Visit the charity's profileThis June, a team of 24 people from the UK Convenience and Wholesale retail sector will be taking on the Bike Bosnia Cycle Challenge. They will cycle over Bosnia's mountain passes and through dense forests into Sarajevo. They will do all this to raise funds for MAG.
If you sponsor the team between April 25th July 24th 2022, your donation will be doubled by the UK government as part of MAGs Unlock the Land appeal.
Your donation will be used to support MAGs global work whilst matched gifts from the UK government will support an all-female team to clear unexploded bombs in Vangkhom village, Laos.

Every day, around the world, 19 people are killed or injured by landmines or unexploded bombs and half of the civilian casualties are children. Women, men and children are living with the daily threat from these indiscriminate killers, unable to farm, attend school or play outside without fear.
This team rides so that MAG can find, remove and destroy even more of these deadly items from places affected by conflict and provides risk education programmes so that people can live, work, travel and play as safely as possible until the land is cleared.
By sponsoring the team today, you are helping MAG to save lives and build futures around the world in countries from Angola to Zimbabwe. In Bosnia MAG operates five mine action teams and two dog mine detection teams, directly benefitting over 5,000 people since we started work there in 2017.
