As a young child, Ismael - Izzy to his friends - witnessed terrifying violence at home. His father ultimately left the family, but Izzy still needed a strong male role model to show him how to become a man. The Club offered him a safe, caring environment where good character and leadership are taught every day in programs and modeled by staff.

In the video, youll hear how the Club helped him trust again. Izzy has broken a cycle of violence, and even more inspiring, hes committed to helping others learn to trust and give back!
