The Banyan Leadership Event builds bridges for Banyan's college youth by creating a network of community leaders, like you! Although we can't come together this year, we hope to bring you the spirit of the event and inspire you to join the transformation that is happening in the Phillips neighborhood.

Consistent with the Banyan model that focuses on education as a pathway, we bring a variety of voices to give you insights and learning. Ultimately, we hope you walk away knowing that we all play a role in building bridges for 1st generation leaders.
