Story

Schools are depending on their outdoor areas more than ever before as they deal with the pandemic to provide outdoor learning and education to children. But many schools are located near busy main roads with no barrier, opening them up to air pollution that can cause lasting effects on the children that go there.

That's why we're raising funds for Groundwork to create natural pollution barriers in primary schools in the areas that we live and work.

Groundwork are a charity passionate about creating a future where every neighbourhood is vibrant and green, every community is strong and able to shape its own destiny and no one is held back by their background or circumstances. That's a mission that we are proud to support by giving school children in our communities the opportunity to access green space and learn outdoors.

The funds we raise will support a scheme of school improvements that will create natural pollution barriers at primary schools in the areas we live and work to create safe and healthy outdoor spaces for children.
