Cancer -- it's a frightening word. And unfortunately, most of us have some kind of experience with this terrible disease, whether personally, through a friend or loved one, or by knowing someone else in our community who is fighting a battle against it.

Fighting cancer requires a wide array of resources. Bald is Beautiful was established 13 years ago to raise funds to assist local cancer patients in treatment who may be experiencing financial hardship, and to provide care equipment and other items to make treatment more comfortable for them.

You can help fight cancer by joining Bald is Beautiful and establishing your own fundraising team with family, friends and colleagues. You can also choose to shave your head as a fundraising incentive, but there is absolutely no requirement to do so! The only requirement to join Bald is Beautiful is a desire and willingness to help others through your own fundraising effort.
