Christmas is a time when we open our doors a little wider – more people squeezing round tables, into churches, extending welcomes – like the innkeeper in the Christmas story, we go out of our way to offer hospitality to friends and strangers.

Church Urban Fund supports churches and communities to provide a wider welcome all year round. Together we tackle complex challenges such as homelessness, poverty, and exclusion, by mobilising individuals, churches, and whole communities to make a difference.

This Christmas we are asking if you, your church or group will support CUF, and help us extend that wide welcome to thousands of people in need. Whether you’re holding a sleepout challenge, organizing a sponsored walk, or organizing a bake sale, however you decide to fundraise know that you’ll be extending hospitality to strangers.
