The AWC team are embarking on an adventure while supporting a great cause! The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge is a 24-mile walk taking in some of the most breathtaking landscapes in the UK, including the towering peaks of Pen-y-ghent, Whernside, and Ingleborough.

By taking part in this sponsored walk, we are challenging ourselves physically whilst also aiming to raise vital funds for Action on Womb Cancer.

We are a relatively new registered UK charity dedicated to raising awareness of, supporting patients with, and funding research into womb cancer. Your support will directly contribute to our current projects. These include the creation of patient information videos and support materials for newly diagnosed patients with womb cancer, providing educational events to advance healthcare worker knowledge and awareness and funding AWC uterine cancer bursaries for medical professionals and scientists undertaking ground-breaking research into womb cancer.

Some of us are experienced hikers and some of us are taking on a challenge like this for the first time. Your support will make a real difference in encouraging us and every penny of the funds we raise will go to provide support to patients with womb cancer.
