Now is the time to reach out to our neighbours, both near and far. Across the globe, some of the most vulnerable communities are joining forces with their neighbours to overcome crisis together. Just like Angelas farming community in Nicaragua whose coffee farms are in crisis because of climate change. With your support, they are coming together to share tools and knowledge. United, this community can make the urgent changes needed to help their family farms last for generations
