ASPI Homes is an established property developer and design & build contractor operating in Surrey and South & South West London. ASPI believe that everyone should have access to food and shelter, so are delighted to be partnering with Rentstart, a local charity who support those who are homeless and vulnerably housed across Elmbridge.

Each year Rentstart give advice to around 450 people, and provide housing and support for around 150 people, helping them move on with their lives. Of those they supported last year, 70 were rough sleepers, and many face complex challenges, from mental health issues to drug or alcohol issues.

Rentstart's work usually involves support with deposits and finding affordable rent, but theyre highly flexible and person-focused and ultimately interested in breaking the cycle of homelessness. As such they provide tailored support around work, education and volunteering; advice on benefits, saving and financial literacy, as well as emotional support. This combined approach can really help their clients rebuild their lives:
