The 5k Tough Mudder Challenge is here!

Team Ashgate will be taking on the Tough Mudder 5k obstacle course of mud-soaked mayhem, that will push their physical and mental limits. Embarking on 13 of some of the worlds craziest obstacles.

Tough Mudder is all about teamwork, there is no competitive element to it. Its not about how fast you get around the course, there are no timing chips It really is about working together. Many of the obstacles require teamwork for them to be completed. So, without each other, it would be impossible to complete the course.
