Sharow Bell Restoration

The sound of church bells ringing out loud and clear. That's what we want.

We, the St Johns Bellringers, are holding events and visiting other bell towers even offering cake in exchange for a donation - to help raise funds.

Christmas, Easter, weddings and funerals are all occasions for bells.

In 2024 it is 200 years since the bells at St Johns were installed.

Thanks to a grant from the National Churches Trust and community support, we now have clean bells and tower! An amazing achievement. Now work can be undertaken to identifying what next for Sharow Bells Restoration.
