Story

Amazing Alfie, a twin with an infectious smile who takes his disability in his stride. Cerebral palsy warrior, cochlear implant wearer and tube feeding champion!

Alfie is a twin who was born at 33 weeks and is a bold and boisterous little boy who happens to be disabled.

In a world made for the able bodied, we fundraise for Just4Children to help Alfie to achieve his goals, whether that is through equipment he needs that, sadly, the NHS wont provide, or through therapies we simply cannot access other than privately. We want to include our little boy in every single way that we can and can only do this with the help of others.

Alfies disabilities (or superpowers, if you ask his twin, Rory) include quadriplegic cerebral palsy; cochlear implants due to a profound bilateral hearing loss, sight impairment; an unsafe swallow meaning he is tube fed via a peg and Gastro oesophageal reflux disease - to name a few.

It is a lot to handle and is sometimes overwhelming. We go through the highs and the lows but our little boys are worth it all.

We could not do it without the kindness and generosity of you all, so thank you for reading, sharing and donating. In a world for the able bodied, think of those who are disabled and please be considerate and if you are in a position to do so. Please make a change.
