By taking part in our 3 Peaks Challenge, you will be helping to raise life-saving funds for Air Ambulance Northern Ireland. Whether you chose to climb Slemish, Co. Antrim (12th Sept) Slieve Donard, Co. Down (26th Sept) or take part in our virtual peak challenge, you will be playing your part to support the Helicopter Emergency Medical Service!
Serious or life-threatening situations can happen to anyone at any time and on average, every single day in Northern Ireland, at least one individual finds themselves in desperate need of AANI.
Our charitys operational helicopter carries a crew compiling pilot, doctor, and paramedic, 365 days of the year operating for twelve hours every day. They attend some of the most traumatic medical incidents across the province and are dedicated to delivering the very best possible pre- hospital care, both at the scene and whilst transferring the patient to the most appropriate hospital for their specific injuries.
It takes £5,500 every single day to sustain our vital service so fundraising events such as this one are vital to ensuring our medics can reach you, when you need them most.
