There are over 800,000 people aged 65+ who are lonely, and 600,000 people aged 65+ who are still socially isolated currently in the UK.*

This Christmas we are asking you to help bring a smile to an older person's day by buying a raffle ticket.

3 in every 20 older people are not getting the care and support they need to lead a dignified life and this is where Age UK Tunbridge Wells is able to help. Your ticket purchase will directly help support us to make a difference to older people's lives in Tunbridge Wells.

You'll also have the opportunity to win some fantastic local prizes, all generously donated by local businesses.

How to buy your tickets?

To buy tickets for the raffle, donate using the blue 'Give Now' button.

Ticket cost

1 ticket for £3 | 2 tickets for £5 | 5 tickets for £10 | 10 tickets for £20

Note: Please donate the amount according to how many tickets you would like to purchase e.g. if you would like to purchase 10 tickets, please donate £20.

Please do not anonymise your donation and instead, include your full name. Otherwise, we will not be able to see how many tickets you would like to purchase!

How does the raffle work?

Your name will be entered into a spreadsheet and you'll be given a number (or numbers) depending on the number of tickets that you have bought.

For example: Jane Smith donated £20, her name will be entered into the spreadsheet 10 times.

Your number(s) will then be placed into a random number generator and tickets will be drawn accordingly and matched with prizes that have also been randomly selected.

Draw closes: midnight on Monday the 5th December, 2022.

All winners will be announced and contacted directly via email shortly after.
