Covid-19 brought our charity challenges we were never expecting and the financial loss we had was real. Our usual fundraising events had to be cancelled and we have had to come up with new ideas to raise money in a safe and Covid secure way.

By hosting an Afternoon Tea party and fundraising for Lancashire Women, it will enable us to continue providing vital individual support for the most vulnerable and those who fall though the gap.

We have seen first-hand a significant impact on mental wellbeing across our service users, as well as an increase in requests for basic support around foodbank vouchers, toiletries and clothing for families.

During Covid-19 we have heard from women that they are feeling lonely, anxious, dealing with issues such as agoraphobia, facing loss and grief, finding it stressful to juggle childcare and work, and struggling with finances and employment

We are here to support all women affected and they need your help now more than ever.
