Staff and volunteers from Vetlife are teaming up with some of their fantastic supporters to abseil down the ArcelorMittal in London's Olympic Park. 25 brave adventurers will be taking on the UKs highest freefall abseil from the UKs tallest sculpture to help raise funds for the charity. Not for the faint-hearted, the ArcelorMittal Orbit stands at a towering 262 feet!
Vetlife provides a 24/7 confidential Helpline which is open to all members of the veterinary community including vet nurses, students, and other practice non-clinical staff. There were 3,503 contacts to Helpline in 2022 - a rise of 3.3%.
The charity also delivers award winning mental health care through its Health Support service, which saw a 15.5% increase in referrals during 2022.
Most markedly, the Vetlife Financial Support service received a 236% increase in applications last year.
