Abseiling St Nicholas Church Tower in Dersingham is back! Thrill seekers here is a chance, but also those who want to push themselves and achieve something very special. St Nicholas Church is holding it's second Abseil event on Bank Holiday Monday 6th May 2024 between 10-4 pm.

As you can see from the picture I enjoyed the abseil last time. It was a memorable community occasion, seeing hundreds of people coming to watch and support everyone. That was held back in 2021 to raise funds for the essential provision of two accessible toilets and a new kitchen within the church. We are nearly there with the amount needed, but not quite! The plans for the church, are in the church for all to see. We hope to complete the improvements this year. So, the invitation is for those of you brave enough to Abseil from the top of the church tower, with professional instructors and insurance of course, we would love to see you and on the day supporters to watch.
