In 1989, Jim Jackson and his wife, Jill Hill founded Aspects Beauty Company and worked tirelessly to create the successful business we see today. Since Jim’s death in 2021, each employee has been given a day in September (Jim’s birthday month) to make a difference – the idea is to use this day to fundraise or volunteer where possible, giving their time in honour of a special cause, The Jim Jackson Foundation.

The charity was set up in Jim’s name to help young people get a step up into the world of business and this year the Aspects Beauty team will be coming together for a collective fundraising activity.

For this years activity the ABC team will be facing its fear of heights by abseiling down Sussex very own Peacehaven cliffs.
